DMEGrowth Intelligence

Continued improvement

Know what changed.
Then choose what is next.

Analytics setup and growth planning for small businesses in Metro Detroit. Connect approved work to useful information: how people find you, what they do next, and which enquiries are actually relevant to your business.

Different questions need different evidence.

What each measurement can and cannot establish
QuestionUseful evidenceImportant limit
Are we being found?Search Console, profile performance and dated visibility observations.A sampled position is not everyone’s search result.
Do people visit?Agreed website analytics and available referral information. Not every visit or AI referral can be attributed.
Do they contact us?Verified form receipts, completed bookings or recorded customer enquiries.A button click is not a completed call or sale.
Is the work useful?Relevant enquiries, owner feedback and agreed business outcomes.Revenue needs appropriate business records, not a website score.

A small, repeatable improvement loop.

  1. Establish a baseline. Agree what success means and what existing data is reliable.
  2. Choose a specific change. Record the gap, intended benefit and supporting evidence.
  3. Approve and implement. Set scope, access, cost and privacy requirements before changing systems.
  4. Verify the setup. Confirm the page, contact route or agreed event actually works.
  5. Review what happened. Compare available observations and qualified enquiries. Keep uncertainty visible.

For a new or low traffic business, early observations may be too limited to prove an uplift. Missing information is unknown, not zero. We do not present another business’s percentage gain as a promise for yours.

Tracking belongs in an agreed scope.

Google Analytics 4, Search Console, profile performance reviews and conversion events can be included where useful and authorized. We agree what to collect, who controls the accounts and how it will be reviewed. This preview does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Paid advertising is not automatically part of setup. A proposed audience, budget, delivery responsibility and measurement need a separate agreement.

Questions about ongoing work.

Do I need a monthly package?

Not necessarily. A one time improvement may solve the immediate problem. Ongoing reviews need a justified purpose, suitable data and an agreed responsibility.

What will a report tell me?

What was reviewed, what changed, what passed its checks, what available data shows and what remains uncertain. Recommendations need reasons; more charts are not automatically more useful.

Can you measure AI enquiries?

Sometimes referral data identifies an AI source, and customers can tell you how they found you. Some AI influenced visits leave no distinct referral. We separate attributable referrals, answer observations and customer reported discovery.

Will you change things without asking?

No substantive changes outside the agreed scope. Your proposal defines routine maintenance and decisions that need approval. You keep control of the accounts.
