How DME Growth Intelligence handles assessment details. Updated October 10, 2026.

Submitting an assessment request.

When you select Send my request, your contact and business details are sent to Formspree, our form processing service. Formspree stores the submission in DME’s private dashboard and sends a notification to our DME Operations Gmail inbox. A confirmation means the service acknowledged your request, not that the review has started or an appointment is booked.

Your enquiry details are sent to Formspree only when you submit. Google’s bot check loads on the assessment page and processes security information as described below. DME does not save assessment entries in browser storage. Your browser may retain information through its own autofill settings. If you use the email fallback, your email provider and app handle the message instead.

Keep the first message simple.

We ask for your name, business, city or service area, reply email and optional website or questions. A home address, passwords, payment details, identity documents and private customer records are not needed for a public review.

DME uses the request to reply and review the public business information you asked us to examine. Assessment permission is not permission to change accounts, begin paid work or sign you up for marketing. The form does not automatically run research or create a project in our local operator app.

Service providers and stored requests.

Formspree also processes technical information, such as an IP address and the website origin, to operate the service and filter abuse. See Formspree’s privacy policy. Our current free plan provides 30 days of submission history. It is not a permanent backup; over limit requests may be held without email notification until they can be processed.

Notification emails and replies are handled through Gmail and may remain in DME’s correspondence records after the form service’s history expires. Contact DME below to ask about access, corrections or deletion. Do not use this form to send confidential documents.

Bot protection.

The assessment page uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish people from automated spam. Google may process browser, network and interaction information and uses a necessary security cookie called _GRECAPTCHA. This service is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The verification result is sent to Formspree with your request. It is not included in the email fallback.

Other service pages do not load this bot check. If it is unavailable or you prefer not to use it, contact DME by email or phone. Bot protection reduces abuse; it does not guarantee that every request is genuine.

Browsing and site preferences.

This preview uses no DME analytics, advertising trackers or third party embedded fonts. The optional motion preference is stored in your browser’s session storage; it contains only a pause setting, not assessment details. The assessment page’s third party bot protection is described above.

The hosting provider may process request information such as an IP address and technical logs to operate the website. The absence of DME analytics does not mean hosting is log free.

Questions or a correction?

Email dmegrowthoperations@gmail.com to ask about a message you sent, request a correction or discuss deletion. Do not send additional sensitive documents to establish a simple enquiry.

If a request cannot be confirmed, your entries remain on the page so you can contact us directly. Do not assume an uncertain request failed or repeatedly submit it; a network interruption can happen after a request was received.
